How to measure your dog properly
Use a soft measuring tape and measure your dog while standing naturally. The tape should be snug, but not tight.
Plastic Buckle Collar
Measure the neck circumference where the collar will sit, usually just behind the ears.
Buckle Martingale
Measure the neck circumference where the collar will sit, usually high on the neck behind the ears. The collar should fit securely without being too tight.
Limited Slip
Measure both the neck and the head.
Neck: Measure where the collar will sit, usually behind the ears.
Head: Measure around the widest part of the head, including the ears and under the jaw. This is essential because the collar must be able to slip over your dog’s head.
Important: Always compare both measurements with our size chart before choosing a Limited Slip collar.
