Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

All Mottis Dogwear products are handmade to order in our small studio in Germany. Because each product is individually made after an order has been placed, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for products that are specifically made according to the customer’s individual selection or personal requirements, where the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

If your order qualifies for this exception, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at contact@mottisdogwear.com. Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, your order will enter production and can no longer be cancelled where production has already started and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event that a product is defective or does not conform to the contract. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Please note that handmade does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers retain their legal right to withdraw from the contract within the applicable withdrawal period.
