These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Mottis Dogwear, owner: Leonie Hübel, Fasanenweg 4, 91590 Bruckberg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Mottis Dogwear" or "we") and our customers via our online shop.
Our offer is aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
We do not recognize deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless we have expressly agreed to their validity.
